The print sits in the metal, not on it

Sweden’s only Data Print machines are here in Västerås. The four-colour print is embedded in the oxide layer of the aluminium, at the same cost as a single colour, with scratch and chemical resistance superior to traditional printing methods.

What does Aluscreen manufacture?

Aluscreen manufactures industrial product marking: signs, front panels, overlays, membrane switches, labels and dome decals. We mark using screen printing, digital coloring in aluminium and laser marking, and we run our own machine shop with CNC milling, bending, grinding and assembly.

Where are you located?

Aluscreen Produktion AB is located at Brandthovdagatan 15, 721 35 Västerås, Sweden, and has manufactured industrial product marking there since 1985.

What is the minimum order quantity?

With today’s digital technology there is no minimum quantity for labels, and our digital UV printer produces prototypes and short runs quickly. Our flexible production, adapted for short series, is what makes us unique in the market.

What is the difference between Aluscreen and SQLabels?

Aluscreen works with industrial product marking in metal and plastic. Swedish Quality Labels, SQL, is the sister company specialising in digitally printed labels. The companies share premises, administration and purchasing, so you have one point of contact either way.
